Our couriers deliver between 8 AM and 6 PM between Monday and Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment.

Where can I ship my order?

Our couriers will come to your home or work address in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom*. Please note that our couriers do not deliver to PO boxes.

*Unfortunately we cannot ship to any overseas departments and territories of the above mentioned countries, the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Shetland Islands, Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Campione d’Italia, Città del Vaticano, Livigno, San Marino, Monaco, Büsingen am Hochrhein, Helgoland, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands. Any orders addressed to these locations will be cancelled.

Do you offer express shipping or next-day delivery?

We currently do not offer any shipping methods other than Standard. This type of delivery usually takes about 2-3 business days (a bit more if you live in Norway or Sweden – check our Shipping Information for details). If you place your order during the weekend, we will start processing it on the following Monday.

How can I track my order?

You will be able to check the status of your order in three ways:

Through the Shipping Confirmation email:

Click on the track and trace number that you find in the Shipping Confirmation email.

Online on G-NEEZ Europe:

Log-in, go to “My Account” and see the “Orders” section to check your order details and shipping status. The tracking number can be used on the courier’s website to check the current location of the shipping.

Online on the courier’s website:

Go to the track and trace section of the courier’s website, and fill in your track and trace number, which you can find in the Shipping Confirmation email:

I didn’t receive my tracking number. Can you help?

You will receive your tracking number in the Shipping Confirmation email when it becomes active on the courier’s website. This will usually take 1-2 working days after placing the order.

If you have not received the email within this timeframe, make sure to check the spam or junk folders in your email account (sometimes the email may end up there). If you are from the UK, please check this

If you still can’t find it, you can contact our Customer Care team for tracking information.

Help! I am a UK customer and cannot track my order.

Sorry to hear that! But please don’t worry. Let us explain: UK customers whose orders are shipped with UK Mail will only be able to track their order once the package arrives in the UK – this might take 48 hours from the time of shipping.

UK Mail will send you your tracking number by email and text message as soon as your order reaches the UK shores. So please do not worry if you don’t receive a tracking number within the first few days after the order: the shipment is still being processed correctly!

When will you dispatch my order?

We want you to get your new purchase as soon as possible! That’s why we start preparing your orders as soon as we receive your payment. If an item you ordered is currently out of stock, we will try to source it from one of our other suplliers and dispatch it from there. In that case, the processing and delivery time of the order may be a bit longer.

If you place your order during the weekend, we will start processing it on the following Monday.

What happens if I’m not at home when my order is delivered?

Our couriers will generally make up to 3 attempts to deliver your order to the chosen address. Should you not be there, the driver may leave the parcel with your neighbour, or take it to a nearby collection point where you can then collect it with a photo ID. (The location is available on the tracking, or on the delivery note left by the driver.)

If your parcel has been shipped with UK Mail, you have the option to rearrange the delivery to a more convenient weekday or collect the parcel from the depot.

If you don’t collect the parcel by the 5th working day following the first delivery attempt, it will be returned to G-NEEZ and refunded. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to arrange a new delivery at that point, but you are always welcome to place a new order.

I entered a wrong shipping address. What now?

Ouch. We are unfortunately unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. That is because we cannot guarantee that the change in our system will be effective before the shipment takes place, and also to prevent possible fraud. You can try to contact the courier for advice.

If your order is already in transit and the courier can’t deliver it due to the wrong address, it will be automatically returned to our warehouse, and refunded.

We advise you to check and update the shipping details in your G-NEEZ account to avoid any future issues.
