Placing an order at G-NEEZ is safe and easy. Enjoy the G-NEEZ experience without leaving the comfort of your home!
Step 1: Select your shipping country and language
To be able to correctly process your order, it’s important that you choose the country you want your order to be shipped to before starting your shopping. You will be able to select a different country for your billing address, and any of the available languages. Check our shipping information for a list of all the countries we ship to.
Step 2: Search for products
Select the products you wish to purchase from our extensive collection of shoes, clothing, and accessories. You can search the site by gender and category, and further narrow by brand, size and price. Alternatively, if you already know what you are looking for, you can just enter the product description or name in the “Search” field, and you will be directed to the appropriate product page. From the product page, select the size and quantity of the item you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping bag using the dedicated button. If your size is not available, use our in-store Sneaker Finder service (not available in Switzerland, Greece, Hungary, Poland, and Turkey) or check the website for restocks. You may now continue to shop or proceed with your check-out by clicking on the Shopping Bag link at the top right corner of the page.
If you haven’t reached our free shipping threshold (see our Shipping Information FAQ), then make sure to check our accessories collection for matching socks, caps, and other cool stuff.
Step 3: Complete the order
When you are ready to complete your order, enter the shopping bag to review your order details. Here you will also be able to add a discount code if you have one. When you shop with us, you will be asked to register an account to store your data: these are strictly confidential and will only be used to process your order. This way, the next time you place an order, you will be ready to shop in just a few clicks! However should you prefer to, you will be able to place an order without registering? Once you have completed the check-out process, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to you. You will also be able to view your order in the “My Account” section.
Step 4: Order shipped
As soon as we receive payment (which may take a few minutes or several hours depending on your bank) we will send a second email confirmation and start preparing your order. Once we hand over your package to our courier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with the courier’s tracking number. You will also be able to track your order from the “My Account” section.
How can I cancel my order?
G-NEEZ understands that you may sometimes change your mind. You can cancel any order free of charge and without any explanation, provided that it has not yet been shipped. Since we strive to ship your items as soon as possible, this timeframe is generally very short, so please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
Can I add items or make changes to my order?
To make sure you receive your items as soon as possible, we have designed a system where the order is quickly passed on to our warehouse. Given this speed, we are unable to change the contents of an order once it has been placed. Sorry! You can, of course, place a separate order for additional items, or return any item you are not happy with.
If you realize you need to cancel an order immediately after you placed it, cancelling it may still be possible. In this case, contact our Customer Care team for assistance!
Can I place my order over the phone or through email?
We’d love to help you, but for our mutual security (think privacy and data protection) we cannot accept orders via phone or email. Your final order can only be placed via our online shop! You can, of course, contact us for any questions you may have about the website or the ordering process – we are here to help!
When are you getting new stock of a specific product?
Unfortunately, we are unable to tell you in advance when a product will be restocked. You can keep an eye on our social media pages and our newsletter for restock updates. We also recommend checking our Release Calendar.
What can I do if my size is not available?
Not to worry! If your size is not available, you can use our in-store Sneaker Finder service (not available in Switzerland, Greece, Hungary, Poland, and Turkey) or check the website for restocks. We also recommend you follow our social media channels and our Release Calendar, since we often post restock alerts there.
Can I pre-order an item if it hasn’t been released yet?
We don’t usually do pre-orders on our website, but sometimes exceptions may be made for very special products. The best way to know is subscribing to our Newsletter for the latest updates, and keeping an eye on our social media pages. Checking our Release Calendar regularly is also smart!
Why can’t I add a product to the cart?
Well, that’s annoying. If you cannot add an available product to the cart, it may be that the item or size you are interested in is sold out, but the website is still not showing the stock update. This generally only happens with very popular items which are sold out very quickly and generate a huge amount of visits to the website within a short timeframe, not giving time to the system to refresh. If that is the case, please try to purchase the item again later, or visit one of our stores!
I didn’t receive an email to confirm my order! Was it successful?
Oh no! Let’s see… First, make sure the email hasn’t ended up in the spam or junk folders of your email account. If you can’t find the Order Confirmation email there or suspect that you made a typo in your email address when placing the order, go ahead and contact our Customer Care team for help!
